Subtokyo EP.003: Monjya and Okonomiyaki Posted: 21 Mar 2011 08:54 AM PDT   Okonomiyaki Welcome to another episode of Subtokyo: Japanese Subculture Vlog! Although this time it is pure Japanese culture! This is episode 003. I know this isn’t really anime and stuff- but I think you guys’d be interested in cultural Japanese food ^^ This segment is taken in Tsukishima, Tokyo. Streets of Monjyayaki shops. We’ll go over tidbits about Monjya and Okonomiyaki and have live footage of actual cooking process of making both of them! This is one delicious episode, check it out!!
